Returns

We hope you love the items you purchased from Milky Mustache. If you are not satisfied and would like to return an item:

• Our return policy allows you to return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please notify us within this period by emailing hello@milkymustache.com. After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item to us. Once we receive the return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
• Your item must be unused, arrive in the same condition as how you received it and be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To complete your return

- Please email hello@milkymustache.com to let us know which items you would like to return.
- Pack the unwanted items along with the proof of purchase document in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

KINDLY NOTE: If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are unable to refund any orders which get lost.
