We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly.

What are the shipping costs?

The Netherlands - Delivery to The Netherlands is charged €5,95 per order. Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.
EU - Delivery to the EU is charged €9,35 per order.
USA - Delivery to the USA is charged €19,95 per order.

What to do when a parcel has not arrived?

In that case please contact us by email: hello@milkymustache.com. Usually the package will remain in the local depot or post office and we can rearrange a delivery to you, or we can provide you with the track number so you can collect it from the collection point.

If sadly for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order because products are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email.
